You're looking at NETCB's new Help Centre. Here you will find answers to common support issues as we continue to provide our world class customer support to you, our customer. Often we find common resolutions to problem issues, and we will use this Help Centre to allow you to find solutions to common problems that you may be able to resolve yourself.
The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for our customers. The Help Centre is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. Your can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community and ask fellow users questions. If you can't find an answer, you can submit a support request.
Once a support request has been submitted, you can immediately initiate a support session with one of our consultants.
